How does Aloemaxx work?
Many chronic diseases share a common dysfunction of the immune system, leading to various undesirable symptoms. An over-functioning immune system can cause excessive degrees of inflammatory reactions (redness, swelling, heat, pain).

Yes, although aloe vera liquids should be sipped slowly for optimal benefit in the upper digestive tract. This ensures the protective binding of the large aloe polysaccharides to the mannose receptors lining the entire gastrointestinal tract. |

What about the aloe plant?
Aloe vera is a desert-living plant (xerophyte) with a thick, wax-coated outer rind protecting a thick water-filled inner fillet (water storage organ of the plant).
Aloe juice is usually about 98 percent water with only 2 percent total solids distributed among more than 300 constituents. The largest single component is the poly (many) saccharides (sugar) fraction linked together to form long, bead-like strands.
Good-quality aloe products possess potent antioxidants in addition to anti-inflammation, anti-diabetes, anti-cholesterol, anti-hypertensive, wound-healing and anti-tumor properties.

How is ALOEMAXX produced?
ALOEMAXX is grown on fields of old lava beds, which are naturally rich in calcium and magnesium … and necessary for optimal growth of the finest-quality aloe. The fields are irrigated as needed with water from deep artesian wells, providing a pure, uncontaminated water source. All fields are organically certified and have Kosher approval. |

Are all aloe powders essentially the same?
Absolutely not. At ALOEMAXX, once harvested, our whole-leaf-prepared aloe is immediately taken to the lypholizers and frozen. That means no environmental bacteria, no loss of active ingredients from heat exposure and no chemical preservatives. This superb process maximizes the full complement of the large molecular weight glucomannan polysaccharides (Aloe Mucilaginous Polysaccharides). ALOEMAXX has exclusive rights to this formulation under a patented process (U.S. Pat. #6083508) developed by Dr. Ivan Danhof, Ph.d., M.D. ALOEMAXX uses no fillers.
Many aloe powders used by other companies are dehydrated inner fillets of the leaf (after the thick green rinds are removed). The fillets are cut into small pieces, put in trays, then placed in vegetable dehydrators kept at 100 degrees (F). Hot air is blown through the dehydrators, which deposits millions of environmental bacteria, yeast and molds on the drying fillet. Because the bacterial count most often greatly exceeds the permitted specification of the powder, the powder is often “sterilized” by exposure to gamma radiation, which kills the “bugs.” This leaves the powder full of bacterial constituents, which may cause allergic reactions. Purity is compromised. Hand-filled aloe products do NOT contain the alocride fraction having the highest molecular weights and the most potent immunomodulatory benefits. |

Why does Aloemaxx cost a bit more than other health products?
Aloe vera is a labor-intensive plant. The proper leaves must be selected, and only three leaves per plant can be harvested. It takes three years before aloe vera can be harvested, then the processing must begin within a few hours. However, the end product is worth every penny. |

Does the Acid Away taste bad?
No not at all, It has natural strawberry and kiwi flavoring. Other unflavored Aloe Vera juices on the market today are somewhat bitter and frankly hard to swallow. But our product is very pleasant tasting,and easy to swallow. |

What are the benefits of Aloe Vera?
It is thought to help keep the intestinal tract (the lining) cleaner and it contains uronic acids which is thought to help strip toxic materials of their harmful effects. Aloe Vera is a glyconutrient providing all of the 8 essential saccharides which are necessary for cell to cell communication. The plants contain anti-microbials, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins, enzymes, amino acids. The plant also produces the agents Lupeol, Salicylic acid, Urea Nitrogen, Cinnamonic acid, Phenols and Sulphur, all of which are antiseptics that can control mold, bacteria, fungus, and viruses. Therefore, it can reduce or eliminate many internal and external infections. And lastly, Aloe contains anti-inflammatory fatty acids which are why it is an effective treatment for burns, cuts and abrasions. |

Does it have laxative effects?
Not our product, it’s the natural anthraquinone derivatives that tend to have laxative effects. In our processing, a new revolutionary approach, the aloe leaves are Hand-Filleted by the traditional, old-fashioned, labor-intensive method. Then the green rinds and the mucilage layer from the table top are processed by a newly developed proprietary methodology. A combination of the products produced by these two procedures produces an aloe product called TOTAL PROCESS ALOE, which contains an enviably high concentration of desirable constituents which are virtually free of undesirable laxative anthraquinones. |

Does Aloemaxx use fillers in its capsules?
Absolutely not, our capsules are 500 mg of 100% organic whole leaf aloe vera contained in a kosher veggie capsule. Some companies use fillers such as L-Glutamine or soy-lecithin at 125 mg's per capsule and only 375 mg's of aloe vera to make a 500 mg capsule. So with the Aloemaxx Aloe Capsules you get your full 500mgs of Aloe Vera. |
